Lonestar nursing applicants for spring 2016

Hi guys! I will be applying for lonestar cyfair and a few others in the spring of 2016. I was wondering if anyone had started studying for the hesi and also what grades have they gotten so far in their classes!

I'm debating applying to LVN program in Tomball as well just in case but I'm not sure if I should. Is anyone else also applying for the LVN program?

I thought about applying there as well. But unfortunately I couldn't apply. Because, in order to to apply for LVN you must have either A&P1&2 or Intro to A&P, and right now I am taking A&P2. The system did not allow me to apply online.

Was going to go for Kingwood until they were placed on probation.

They ARE on probation now because students that have graduated cannot pass their NCLEX. Looking at past results, it seems that all of the lonestar locations are having trouble.

If you are in the program and it is canceled by the BON you do get to finish your program and sit for boards.

Yes! I guess because A&P2 is the continuation of A&P1. While Intro to A&P is the general knowledge of both A&P1 &2.

Ohh okay well I do have both of them but I had really high hopes of getting into the ADN program, but now i don't know lol cause everyone has really high scores! I hope not too many people apply but from what I've heard there are always A LOT of applicants.

Does anyone know what the nursing program schedule looks like? I want to keep working full time but ive heard lots of people say that it is really not recommended. I dont know if I can afford to only work part time.
