After a long setback (and a little family tragedy) I am ready to apply for Spring 2021. Since there's only two campuses that have Spring entry, is it prudent to apply to both? What I need to do is retake the HESI and wrap up this "A" in A&P 1. Admittedly, my first HESI was prior to taking the actual class (my overall was 89.6%) and I expect to fare better after taking A&P.

If we get placed on the waiting list, we'll definitely be top of that list. My A&P was my highest score too (92) so I’m chilling .. it’s just a waiting game at this point. It’s a coin toss .. too unpredictable to stress about ??♀️
I can relate bro plus those applications were inflated with fall applicants due to the extension due to Covid fall students applied for Spring too because it took a while for them to hear back so most of those applicants applied for Spring even and most were accepted so the numbers are inflated.... plus if she wasn’t taking 7.5s she would’ve said you need 7.6-8 to be accepted we got this bro ?

I don’t know much about the other campuses but if I don’t get excepted for the Spring at Kingwood, I will definitely look into them. I just looked at North North Harris’s nursing program and it seems that the lecture/lab/clinical schedule is similar to Kingwood’s. They also have classes three times/week, the only difference is that they are held during the day, and I think I would still be able to work part-time with that schedule.
Oh okay. I didn't know evening program was offered. Im still researching but thanks for the reply

I notice majority of pre-nursing students are applying to Kingwood and Cy-Fair as a preference. Is there any reason why Tomball, or North Harris wouldn't be a preference? I myself was looking into Cy-fair and have visit that campus but I don't know anything about the other campuses.
For the ADN program:
kingwood is Spring start only.
cyfair accepts fall and Spring.
the other campuses are fall start only.

Yes its a stressful and upsetting situation. We got more competition because of the fall application deadline. So this application period does make sense to get more applicants because of those who didn't get in in Fall

I think you are safe. I don't how I got put on the alternative list with a 7.24. LOL. I still think they look at your overall transcript to see your potential to do well in nursing school or not. You can be the one keep repeating a class but you don't get a 2nd chance when you fell a class in nursing school
