It may be early but around this time, those applying to Fall 2020 are engulfed in an A&P course trying for the grades needed. Collaboration and early encouragement can only help. Fall seems to be the large cycle and a lot have had the same instructors. Some of us could even be sitting by each other in class and not know.
I know we cannot say who we are taking. I'm in A&P 1 at Tomball in a hybrid course. If I can be of any help I will do so. I have a study guide for A&P that's about 90 pages. In addition, I have a pdf of one of the books (I think it's Marieb).

Also, if you have had the series and your titer is negative you need proof that shows you had the original 3 vaccines AND at least the first “booster” of the next series.

So, I need the screening for immunity, and if that is negative I need the accelerated series which takes 30 days and the immunity clearance at day 60? Do you know what happens if the day 60 check doesn’t show immunity?
Thank you!! Yes, I am applying for fall. I took the HESI, so this is my last “to do”! I found some info online about the accelerated option. If I start it right away I think I should be good. Hopefully admissions doesn’t work on a first come first served basis!!

Oh awesome! Best of luck to you! I will apply to several campuses but North Harris is the closest so that would be great. I will be so grateful to get into any campus! Thank you again for all the help!
Those who live on Long Island accepted into the accelerated program how long is your commute? Is the campus in Bronx or the city and do they hold any clinicals on the island?

Of course! Yes I think you’re correct. The accelerated series is a stronger dose than the 6 month dose so you should be immune for the next titer. If not I think they give you another booster. The nursing program just wants to see that you started the next series of vaccinations if the titer is negative.

I took micro last year! You’re going to do great! I was super nervous and scared, but I was able to finish with an A ?? You can do this, trust me. Just break it down and take a deep breath - you can do anything you put your mind to!
Currently at Tomball with Mr. ****, online hybrid.
