I applied to Lone Star - ADN program Spring 2012. I was accepted as an alternate. I am hoping to get a call from the nursing department saying there is a spot for me. If not I will be reapplying for the next application period for entrance to the program in the Fall 2012. Good luck everyone!!!!

Is anyone else feeling anxiety? Who would have thought that waiting on a letter to arrive in the mail would be so affective.....

Yes, I have been very anxious & now on top of stalking the mail person, I have now added this website to see if anyone has posted that they have received theirs. Wow! I never imagined the intensity of just needing to know one way or the other.

I am trying to wait patiently, but it is hard with everyone asking "So did you get the letter yet?"

Good luck everyone and I am hopeful of receiving it tomorrow. Blasted no mail on Sundays =)

@tlcarter I do not think we will get our letters tomorrow. I think they will come towards the middle to the end of the week, and some will not received theirs until after Easter weekend. I read a post somewhere that someone claimed to have called one of the Nursing Departments and was informed that letters would not be mailed out until about the second week of April. By that time I should be completely struck and overcome with anxiety, maybe a drink to smooth out my edges, not really, but my birthday is coming up and I would certainly be inclined to have a celebratory drink to commence both occasions.

I got an 11.62 and am hoping to get into Montgomery. Waiting is driving me nuts!

Which nursing department? They all seem to send out the letter at different times. But when I called to change the address on my application (at Moco) they told me they're sending them out at the end of March or the first few days of April. So here's hoping nothing changed!

Hello everyone! I am currently in the ADN program at North Harris (second semester) I just wanted to give you all an update from a faculty member regarding acceptance letters. There has been a delay in the central office so letters will probably not be mailed out till two weeks from now. Keep in mind, this information is from a faculty member at North Harris...I am not sure if this applies to the other campuses as well. Be patient. (I know that is harder done than said) Good luck to you all!

Hi everyone! I'm so glad to have found this site. I applied for the Fall 2012 at Tomball and North Harris and still anxiously waiting for my letter but relieved to hear that I'm not the only one. I called ***** **** on Friday and left a message asking when the letters were sent, but no return call yet. I'll post if I hear back. Good luck to everyone!! :)

Takes a while to adjust to all the studying but once you get it, you will be fine.
