I applied to Lone Star - ADN program Spring 2012. I was accepted as an alternate. I am hoping to get a call from the nursing department saying there is a spot for me. If not I will be reapplying for the next application period for entrance to the program in the Fall 2012. Good luck everyone!!!!

I got my letter!!!!!!!!! I am just so thankful!!! It took a long time for me to get to this point, and I am so excited for us all!!!

Also for fyi purposes, I had my MMR as a child and I was told that it was good b/c I had two shots. Well you have to have a 3rd one if it was given b/w 1970- 1980.

@gmarks I completed the information and paid the fee. I contacted Tomball and they have access to my information, so I am complete with everything on the list =)

Yes, but you have to sign a min. two year contract to work at a government facility!

Yeah I know. I was just looking for a little help paying for school. I wouldn't mind working for a government facility if they are going to pay for all my school! I am going to look into it more. But it says you can work at one of the following

Critical Access Hospital

Disproportionate Share Hospital

Federally Qualified Health Center

Indian Health Service Health Center

Public Hospital

Native Hawaiian Health Center

Rural Health Clinic

Skilled Nursing Facility

State or Local Public Health or Human Services Department

Congrats to those who have gotten acceptance letters! :DAfter doing my SS verification I found out that there's some other people using my SS number...nothing on my tax account though fortunately. I have to finish taking care of that tomorrow..people at Research Info Group have been great though.Also, are we suppose to have had 2 Varicella vaccines? my shot records are only showing one.
