Hey everyone I was starting a thread for all the fall 16 hopefuls for all the campus's at lonestar!
I take my hesi feb 18 and nervous doesn't even begin to describe my feelings!!!! Lol, I think I'll be okay on the math portion, it's the grammar and a&p that are causing my sleepless nights!!! Predicates, me or I, prepositional adjectives? Whaaat?? Lol and then a&p because there's soooo much and you have noooo clue what to focus on. I'm a bundle of nerves to say the very least lol

My first choice is going to be kingwood, then maybe cyfair or north harris, I haven't decided yet, I want to get this test out of the way first!!
And can ya'll believe hcc closed their program down this year..... I was upset about that that was my first pick!
Yup, other campuses do it in May except cyfair they do it like three weeks before classes start and they sign u up fo classes not u which sucks cause u do not get to pick the best schedule for u
I applied for cyfair and nh with a 7.474 score and I am going crazy waiting!!!!! Thanks for your encouraging words and info its really appreciayed !!!!
Yes I've been creepin' on this thread, but I want to share something that I found exciting. I checked the mailbox today (Fri&Sat's Mail) and along with all of the junk mail was a newspaper that I ALWAYS throw out with the junk mail... But the Good Lord told me to look at it today. ON -- THE -- FRONT -- PAGE -- ya'll is an article titled "Demand for trained nurses grows; Educators, health care providers partner to train new nurses" ...then page 28 features an ENTIRE page titled "NEED FOR NURSES". Our very own LSC-Montgomery Nursing Director, Julie Kendall, along with others from SHSU, Methodist, TXChildrensTheWoodlands - the talk about the need for us "gonna-be-nurses"!!! Y'all this is so exciting!

God works in mighty ways & I believe everything happens for a reason - in God's timing for a reason. So, I think (speculating) that this might have something to with the delay in sending out the ADN letters for the ADN results.
I'm praying hard that we will hear something tomorrow!!!!

it's a small town maybe about 2 hours away. You may have heard of it....we've grown a bit lol
it tells you after every portion? whyyyy in the world would they do that to us. Lol so if you score low that just makes you want to give up after that section....
Were de you able to use calculator? Kingwood campus said I could bring mine or provide one for us. That's the only good news I've heard lol.
im applying to the Victoria adn program. Do you know if it's really competitive? TIA
