Loma Linda Nursing Winter 2018

Published

Hi everyone!

Starting this for anyone who applied for the LLU nursing program for the winter of 2018. I know we hear back very soon, so just wanted to see if anyone heard back or just your stats and questions/comments. :)

No! :( I've been wondering why I haven't either...

Okay I couldn't wait another two weeks. I called Dora from the admissions office she said they are still working on them they may start sending them out next week. Just a heads up you need to get aha cpr certified and a first aid cert. I have mine but I need to renew mine so it doesn't expire next yr. she said the first aid can be done online. They are going to send us a link in the box.

Okay thanks for the heads up! Hopefully we get it this week (still haven't gotten mine)

Hello guys! I hope you're all doing well. I have a quick question though, for those who have been placed on the alternate list, when did you guys find out their decision whether you've made it in or not. I got an email that today that I was placed on the alternate list for Spring. I don't know if I should still pray for it and hope for the best or just apply to school in Nebraska. Tomorrow I'll call Loma Linda to ask them about my application.

They called me around Nov to tell me I got in for the Spring quarter!

Thank you! I literally just found out yesterday that I'm waitlisted for Spring. Do you know how many people do they place on the alternate list? I called earlier today and asked them what my number is on the list but I didn't get an answer for that since it's confidential or something I don't know..

I don't remember asking them how many people were waitlisted. I think i asked about being waitlisted and they said it's usually easier to get into Spring, because Fall and Winter are when they receive the most applications. Just have faith and patience (but also apply to other schools so you're not just waiting on one) :)

Does anyone know if you retake the TEAS at LLU if you get the same or similar exam?

Hi did you ever make it off the list ?

Hi, I’m starting the LLU BSN program this fall 2020. I was wondering where any of you guys got your student loans from (apart from federal) like what banks did you ask? Or how did you even get the private student loans? ?
