Hello everyone, I am applying to LLU BSN program to start in Fall of 2018. I just wanted to start a forum and see how everyone is doing, and help each other with updates.

I actually got a call from Dora to have my interview. Does every qualifying applicant get an interview or only the potential candidates to be admitted get an interview?

@MyNameIsSammy i am sure we did fine. My interview was last Monday. I was nervous as well. Overall because I had to repreat a prerequisite course. But I’m sure because we are qualified to get an interview they might have not cared for that?

@Katelynnt best of luck! You have an upper hand since it is your second time around. If you don’t mind me asking, what reason did they give you last time for no acceptance ?

My gpa wasn’t competitive enough. Last round average was 3.8

Yes, I believe they interview all applicants.

Said the committee meets on the 9th and that I should know maybe as early as April 12.

They say the application for fall is always the most competitive. I know some one who got in for winter and her stats was less then impressive, so it all depends cause I also know someone with amazing stats and didn't get in!! The interview really has a big part in the picking process.

I heard yesterday ! I’m on the alternate list for fall but guaranteed winter ?
