Loma Linda Adult RN Residency Program Summer 2024

Published

The adult hospital just closed applications this past weekend, so let's update each other as the application process goes along! This is my second time applying and I hope to get into the OR

Hi! Has anyone received a verbal offer from the medical progressive units but not an email/written offer yet? Thanks!

Hey guys, does anyone know if the hospital will pay for you to get certs if you hadn't done it yet or is it something we need to do ourselves prior to the start of the program?

Specializes in Cardiothoracic ICU.

Not for your initial ACLS & BLS, you have to pay for it yourself. They also don't accept RQI Courses (learned that the hard way) so you must do a full classroom course for each. I believe once you've been working for 90 days you're then eligible for reimbursement for future recertifications.

Thank you!

Also, has anyone done onboarding yet? I was wondering what are yall thoughts on the clinical meal waiver. It makes sense just to decline to waive any meal periods, right?

hi guys, I was wondering if you have all signed the arbitration agreement?

I haven't decided if im going to sign it or not.. I've been trying to find current workers to ask what they did.

Hi! May I ask if these were the only questions they asked you for the OR interview?

Specializes in I am a new grad nurse BSN looking for residency..

Hi, I know this is from last year. I recently did the one question interview last week. I wanted to ask, if they decline my one way interview will I get notified ? Do people only get notified if they're being moved to the next steps ? How does that work ?

thank you
