CNA's drawing blood? You're better off working as an MA since you are certified..but i've personally never heard of hospitals letting cna's drawing blood..
they change ur title my friend that is an rn (she got back to me after i asked the question)she said if ur a cna and u can draw blood u can be a tech that draws blood and still do cna work but they do pay u more the experience
only if they pay no one wants to pay or insure there workers so i have to figure where the money is at and used the skills i have

If you are looking for a hospital position, St. Francis has a position called a Nurse Extender, you would be working on the floor, you would be drawing blood, telemetry monitoring, taking vitals, assisting pts etc.
thank u so much that was the answer i was looking for do u work at st francis or know someone that do and how much do they pay
