CNA's drawing blood? You're better off working as an MA since you are certified..but i've personally never heard of hospitals letting cna's drawing blood..

If you are looking for a hospital position, St. Francis has a position called a Nurse Extender, you would be working on the floor, you would be drawing blood, telemetry monitoring, taking vitals, assisting pts etc.
