Start with a thesis statement.........ex. " There are many differences in temperature taking between the oral and tympanic method."

go from there ......... one graph with intro, one with oral, one with tympanic and then a closing. maybe a 2 page paper here......... haha but there are ALOT of sources you can use quoting each way that will extend your paper........

Do i need to write about the method like the design and sample and the data collection, and those statistical result which i read form those articles. Are these to be written in the litereature review?

One very handy tool to use for reviewing the literature is to make a table of all the articles. (That's one of the things I learned in grad school.) Column 1 can be for the author's name and year, etc. Other columns can briefly state the methodology of the research, the number of subjects, the findings, any limitations, implications for practice, etc. -- whatever topics are most important to you.

Then, your paper doesn't have to re-state all those facts. Instead, you can use your paper to summarize the state of affairs, current level of knowledge, further research needed, issues that need to be addressed, controveries, etc. Your discussion should highlight the key points of the articles, showing that you can INTERPRET what it says in the articles and DRAW CONCLUSIONS from the literature instead of having the body of your paper simply re-state all the details in each article.

I hope that helps.

Good luck!

Ok , so now i have a rough picture of how to start.

Firstly, i will start reading all the 6 articles which is the minimum requirement.

I will highlight the important points that is solely related to my topic ,which is,

COMAPRISION ON THE ACCURACY BETWEEN ORAL AND TYMPANIC

THERMOMETER. Note the method use in each article and each comment made.Compare.....hmmmm......

On my assignment , i will start with an intro.

What to write about intro?:uhoh3:

What does this sentence means?

Can someone tells me?

" Because there was no correlation between tympanic and oral temperatures ,the clinician cannot infer a relationship between two temperature modes. This support using the same type of thermometer if serial temperatures are to be taken."

What does it say?
