Licensure endorsement for California???

Hello everyone! I have the Nursing license issued by the state of New York and I would like to apply for endorsement of that license to the state of California. I completed my Nursing Degree in 2013 in Spain however, I have been working in the United Kingdom since 2016 and as a NICU nurse since 2017. My Nursing Degree transcript has been approved by CGFNS and I have passed the IELTS successfully. I have completed several courses in English, one of them (Qualification in the Speciality of Neonatal Nursing) with 40 credits. My question is that if I am eligible to apply for the licensure endorsement to California in regards to the required curriculum. If that's not the case, which steps could I follow to obtain it? TIA.

California is a hard one to apply to and until you apply and submit paperwork they will not make a decision and just because you are licensed in one state cannot guarantee meeting California requirements

Nope, California as far as I am aware will not accept application without USSSN or ITIN
