jnurse86,
I am going through something similar. I recieved an open container ticket when I was 18. It was a ticket for a traffic infarction and not a misdemeanor. I recieved a letter stating my application was referred to the enforcement department to determine if there is a cause for them to deny it. I am freaking out. I don't know exactly what they want any of the letters to say for them to allow for me to test. I would appreciate any feedback to help me out. Thank you!
Depending on your crime. It is unfair to tell prospective nurses that the first charge is automatically dismissed because you attend a class. This varies by charge and from state to state, even different counties WITHIN a state will have different guidelines.
ACD mean Adjourment in contemplation of dismissal, when is your first arrest the judge send you to a class, if completed everything will be dismiss
