Lehman Nursing 2022

Published

Hi! I created a thread for those applying to the nursing program in 2022.

Specializes in Nursing.

I didn’t submit it yet maybe I will do it today. You have to download your results as a pdf then send it to the nursing department email. Don’t forget the Critical thinking part too as a pdf. Before you start your application on Lehman 360 they put the email there where you have to submit it.

Got it. When I submitted my application I submitted it with Hesi2 exam date. Now once I get my His PDF will forward it to their email. Did you apply for Accelerated or a Generic program?

I apply for the Generic Program

Congrats @Mr.Lucky121 and @umu2022. Your scores are amazing. I haven't taken the HESI yet. Can you guys please share your HESI experience? I am studying and still feel like I am not ready for it. Will be taking mine on March 2nd. Any study tips that you wish you knew before taking the HESI exam? Please and thank you ?

Thank you . Use Nursehub for A&P and Math. Math Dude on Youtube. As for reading and CT use Quizlet and try to understand the concept don’t memorize it. My mistake on A&P was the fact that I changed the answer on two questions . And those were the questions I got wrong ?. So don’t do it unless you’re sure that the first answer you put is not right. Also What really help me was before I start studying I went on Youtube and check many videos that tell you how they passed their exam and they give you the link they used to study so definitely look for it and especially the comment people write. Good luck you got this

Make sure you do as many Anatomy and Physiology practice questions- online& free tests you can find.
Math- Know well Fractions, Improper Fractions, Proportions and Ratios, Conversions ( Gallon man and King Henry). Grams to Pounds& ounces, liter to milliliters, cups to pints.

Reading Comprehension- Practice to get the feeling of type of questions.

Take your time on the test, 4h is long time, you really don't need to be rushing or not go use restroom. Use restroom, take brakes, ans come back. Take your time, you have time to do your best. ?

Yes Practice Practice Practice everyday. Practicing is the key because you will get used to answer the questions and during the real exam you will see that many think are familiar. Math dude on Youtube covers most of the part that they will give especially the conversation part so understand all his explanation. The big G understand it for sure .

Does anyone know if someone retakes the exam and got into the nursing program? I heard they only take people who take the exam once.

Just for any future applicants, GPA: 3.912, 1st HESI: 84 (but failed A&P) and 2ND HESI: 88! “

@Mr.Lucky121 Thank you so much. I hope I can retake it. I failed in Math; I got 73, I got 100 in AP, Reading 89, CT 900. My science GPA is 4.0. I'm currently taking Micro.

Damn I am so sorry to hear that. Only by two points ?

When I got a nursehub account I saw this there: "You can take the HESI exam only once every 60 days but no more than 3 times in a 12-month period." When is the last day that we can submit the application and scores? According to this 60 day thing you can take the exam again March 30.
