  2. welcome ? I think the traditional students hear back around June for those that got accepted to the accelerated program, can you confirm if I'm not missing anything for the documents and other things we have to do? - CPR certification - criminal background check and drug test - health clearance form I know on the form it says to submit everything by the orientation date but on the email it says by may 3rd
  3. Thanks guys I hope you all hear back soon and yes @Hazel0127 I applied to the accelerated and generic program but got into the accelerated
  4. Yayy congratulations! ????
  5. Thank you ? I got an 80 in reading, a 92 on A&P, a 96 for math, 970 on critical thinking, and a 3.9 GPA
  6. Thank you ? and it was sent to my lehman email. It has information about the orientation (April 29), dosage calculation workshops/test, documents we gotta send, etc. I'm reading through it right now. Everything has a specific deadline OMG ?
  7. Thank you ? and no I didn't. I think they only called Leon because they were missing something
  8. Just got my acceptance email OMG!
  9. we can only get into one of the programs so no we can't choose unfortunately thank you and congratulations!
  10. congratulations! I wonder how they're reviewing things. I submitted my application January 2nd and my scores around January 20. maybe they're going in alphabetical order?
  11. Hey all From what I've seen from previous forums we should be hearing back from April to as late as June, depending on if you applied to the traditional or accelerated program. The applicant pool seems really competitive this year, I'm so nervous!! good luck to all
  12. Hi I took my exam this month and what really helped me was nursehub, I didn't really use pocketprep that much. For nursehub I focused more on the math and A&P section because the reading section had really long passages and I just could not focus. nursehub will teach you everything you need for math. like Lucky said you need to know all your units for converting. I memorized the gallon man, king henry mnemonic, etc. if you can answer the nursehub questions for math you will be ready for that section 100%. for A&P I used my old notes from class but also any practice question that I could find online. you never know what you don't understand until you see a question for it. I struggled more with endocrine system because that's one of the chapters that my professor skipped so if your class skipped some chapters try to watch some Youtube videos on it and get some practice questions. I mainly recommend taking the breaks when you need them. I wish I took a break, I would have done much better in reading comprehension haha. 4 hours is a long time I really doubt anyone runs out.
  13. Damn I am so sorry to hear that. Only by two points ? When I got a nursehub account I saw this there: "You can take the HESI exam only once every 60 days but no more than 3 times in a 12-month period." When is the last day that we can submit the application and scores? According to this 60 day thing you can take the exam again March 30.
  14. The time wasn't showing on my computer either which made me so paranoid about running out of time. I had 2 hours left when I finished though, smh. If there was a timer on my computer I would have definitely relaxed a little bit, LOL. Now we have to wait until April-June to hear back, good luck to us all!
  15. thank you! I thought I was killing it and then I saw I got an 80 ? it was the last section I took though so I guess I was just tired by this point. definitely recommend taking the break to those that haven't taken the exam yet. I wish I had done it, maybe gone to the bathroom and splashed some cold water on my face to refresh myself.
