Hi, I'm currently a Lehman student applying for the fall 2021 session. I just made this thread to find anyone else who's applying for fall 2021. Feel free to share GPA's, HESI scores and even ask questions or give advice!

I didn't receive a confirmation email. I was planning to email the nursing department about this issue, because its weird.

I'm glad we're in the same boat. I emailed the department two weeks ago, but didn't get a response. I don't want to be pushy... but I know the online application is new and I'd feel better knowing they received everything.

Hi all, 

I just took my HESI and here are my stats:

Prerequisite GPA: 4.0

HESI Cumulative: 95.33%

CT: 820

Reading Comp: 88%

A&P: 100%

Math: 98%
 

I was overall confident until I saw my CT and reading comprehension scores. I wonder how this may affect my chances. I hope I’m not overthinking.

Thank you! I’m just nervous because I don’t plan to apply to other programs. I don’t want to take any more prerequisites LOL.

LOL me too. I still applied to be safe but I believe Ill get accepted hopefully. are you currently taking any prereqs this semester and are you applying for generic or accelerated ?

I’m not taking any prerequisites at the moment but I think I should take PSY and Nutrition either on portage or at LaGuardia since they start their Spring semester in March. Just to give myself other options.

How about you? Would you be willing to share your stats?

Super similar to yours! Would you mind letting me know if you receive any kind of confirmation email after you submit? @nigerian.nurse and I were talking about not getting one last week -- I guess maybe it's standard but it seems kind of strange. Thanks! And good luck!

Awesome thank you! I'm just applying to Lehman and SUNY Downstate. Hoping one or the other works out. Excited to finally be done with the prerequisites and get to the real thing!
