I turned the word document into a PDF and added text to the PDF. I typed my initials where the line in before each bullet point, signed the document electronically, then emailed the document to the email they provided. I hope I filled it out correctly!

Just to make sure, you put your initials only on the line below the box/bullet point that says I'll be planning to enter the nursing program right?
I’m so glad the wait is over for some of you. CONGRATS to everyone who’s gotten accepted so far! Usually they’re sporadic with their acceptances (3.83s got acceptances before 4.0s, etc.) but it seems like they’re going in order this time. If you’re under a 4.0, just hold tight. It’s not over yet. Even if you didn’t get in in the first round, some people will be deferring their spots or choosing not to attend at all.
As for the credit/no credit option, the chairperson told the seniors and the juniors that she didn’t want us to take credit/no credit option. If we did take it, we still needed to pass the class with a C (because even a C- is a Cr grade under Lehman’s rules). She said something along the lines of “while circumstances are different, the standards haven’t changed.” An advisor I spoke to a little over a week ago also mentioned the nursing department is against those who were applying to the program from taking Cr grades. They want to see the letters. If you’ve taken a Cr grade, tomorrow is the deadline. I would suggest calling someone up (maybe the registrar department?) and seeing if you can get it reversed.

Hi guys, I'm new to this forum.. I hope they're accepting by GPA. My science prereq GPA is a 3.95, HESI exam 95% and 930 on CT. I'm really nervous because I'm a second degree student and my total undergrad GPA was a 3.3. I'm hoping they go by what their website says in regards to the science GPA and admissions requirement. Hopefully I still have a shot. The wait has been making me beyond anxious. I applied to the generic program. Good luck to everyone.
Congratulations you to everyone who's heard back!! For those waiting hold tight... it seems< and I hope> that there are no reduced # of seats... so keep the hope alive... @marmar03 I've read your story and I'm routing for everyone... but you I'll say an extra little prayer for you!! I wonder do we all start at the same time/date.
My stats
HESI: 90.87
CT 970
Accepted/denied: Accepted
Accelerated/generic: Accelerated
Science GPA: 3.8
Cum GPA(optional): 3.9
