You're welcome!

HesiA2 is the entrance exam. For most classes, there were two HESI exams. One was a HESI that is 10% of your grade. That one is standardized, meaning other nursing schools are taking the same exam and you will see questions about topics you have never learned. There is also a final HESI that is 30% of your grade and based on the professor's syllabus (it is not standardized). During your last semester, you will have an Exit HESI which is 160 questions and tests you on everything you've learned. It's standardized and is 10% of your grade.

For research papers, I would usually use Google scholar or Lehman's Onesearch for resources. The CDC and National Institute of Health are usually good resources.

Thanks so much

hello, everyone

I have also applied for accelerated/generic nursing program 2020.

While we are all waiting to hear from lehman in June. I wanted to ask a few questions.

how long does it take to get permission for HIN 269? I emailed Dr dyer , but haven't heard from her yet. Are all of you BLS certified? Where can I do that considering the situation as of now?

Hi, sumaria

It took it 20 days for me. I got it for the Summer session 2

there is a form to fill . Click "advertisement and testing " the bottom on left side on Lehman college nursing web. you will see the form on the top. fill and click "summit"

Thank you kil park,

what do you write in section number and class number in the form? Does Summer session 2 mean July?

section and the class number is on cuny first when you check classes. Summer session 1 starts in June, and session 2 starts July 13 - Aug 6.

did you select session 2? Can I fill in the numbers for both sessions?

Hello, does anyone know if we have to send the department our transcripts since the semester grades are now up or if they are able to view it from CUNY FIRST if you are already a student at Lehman?

Hi, no there’s no need. They update the grades on their end automatically.

Hey, I applied the College of mount Saint Vincent about two days ago, they are still accepting applications, my grades are good but I was still anxious so I just decided to apply just Incase. The application is free and fairly simple. Good luck.

Do you have to apply to the school or can you apply straight to the nursing program within the school?
