Im aiming for A's in Micro and chem120/121

And to score high on the HESI, im already studying

This summer i completed 4 classes on top of AP2 receiving a A and a 3.9 gpa cumulative i would hope my determination and record will help, im a little nervous about applying next year

Hey so where are they sending out acceptance and rejection letters?

@Hazel518 im not sure. If you didn't fail the HESI then you dont have to worry about receiving a decision yet. Decision for accelerated was already emailed so if you applied for accelerated and have not heard anything you were rolled over to generic ( if you checked the box)

Accepted/rejected—— still waiting

programme———-generic

science GPA ——4.0 taking micro right now.

Hesi scores——- a&p 86 math90 reading 84. Overall 86%

critical thinking—— 810.

culmulative GPA—-3.97

i am a little bothered that my hesi individual scores are not too great.

Hi , I noticed that this thread is less active than the previous years. I think everyone who applied this semester (spring 2019) - for the Fall 2019 Lehman program should put their stats. I heard accelerated students were accepted already and they gave out rejection letters to those who failed the HESI ( both generic and accelerated). Generic students will not receive any letters until early June. If you have been accepted or do hear any news please update the rest of us. Lets all stay connected . Im going to create a template so we can all just answer based on

Accepted/rejected:

Program ( Generic or Accelerated) :

Science Gpa:

Hesi Scores:

Critical Thinking Score:

Cumilative Gpa:

I am a generic applicant by the way and I have completed all my prerequisites except for organic chemistry which I am currently taking and 2 LEH courses.

You should be fine! My friend had similar stats and got into the nursing program last year.

@Hazel518 I received my acceptance letter in my personal email. So did everyone else I have spoken to. We all received our acceptances in June with a few exceptions of those who received them in July and August due to people declining their acceptances.

@Amberrae hey thanks for your input appreciate it. Assuming your a first semester nursing student correct ? What advice would you give the prenursing students who intend to start next semester

Students who have completed all their prerequisites and are not enrolled this semester will receive decisions first. I was told that they have prepared the emails already , they are waiting on June to send the letters out

@Amberrae please do you know if they give preference to students who took all prerequisite in lehman first?

Hello,

Can you please elaborate a bit more about the rejection letters that were already sent? Would you say that everyone who failed the exam, whether generic or accelerated program applicants, received a letter?

By the way... This thread is a great idea! Thanks for getting it started. I wish everyone who applied to the program a tremendous amount of success!
