I am applying to Lehman College's nursing program for this upcoming August and was wondering what my chances were. I just took my HESI exam and did pretty terribly on the Critical Thinking section (780). The other portions, I did fairly well. Math (98%), Reading (88%), and Anatomy (88%). My pre-req GPA is a 3.74. My overall GPA is close to a 3.5. I was wondering what my chances were with the 2 year program. One of the faculty told me that the critical thinking score was pretty low, but I should apply anyway. Do I have any shot at getting in? Thanks.
I reread the orientation package and it says that we can submit our documents on the day of the orientation, or before. If they review the document fast enough, maybe we can register before the day of the orientation. I don't think we have to buy them from the bookstore. Whatever works best for us.
Hi user1234 I would think as long as your doctor fills out the form/health clearance your fine. There shouldn't be a need to redo the physical as it was only last week.
I also just got back from the dept. and I was told they are assigning us to our clinicals in groups so our schedule will revolve around that. They will contact us via email when they are ready for us to register.

I think we will register after the orientation . We have to submit our lab results and physical before we can register
