I wanted to start a thread for the RN Residency Program that starts in July 2016. I hope everyone lands an interview! I'm a new graduate hoping to get hired in L&D, NICU, or Med/Surg.

I had second interviews at Emanuel surgical specialties and salmon creek ED. I was offered the ED position at salmon creek today! So excited 😄

Have you accepted any offers by chance?? I'm trying to look for residency programs in the OR but I missed my window of opportunity to apply :/ so I may have to pay for an intro to peri-op to gain experience.

Hello, I accepted an offer for a position at Legacy. I felt it was very competitive from the start and first round-interview proved it was so.

I accepted an offer too about a month ago. Most of residencies have 2 start dates throughout year so I know legacy will open up another round of applications in October or so with a start date in February.

Hello and sorry to barge to this thread but I have just a quick inquiry about this program. Does it allow FENs to apply for it? I am planning to take the NCLEX and want to work as a nurse but I don't have any previous hospital work experience since graduating last 2012. I am just wondering if this program is something I can look forward to apply to when it will go well for me and I'll have my license. Thanks...
