Legacy RN Residency Program Spring 2016

Hi all!

I wanted to start a thread for the RN Residency Program that starts in July 2016. I hope everyone lands an interview! I'm a new graduate hoping to get hired in L&D, NICU, or Med/Surg.

    I applied submitted my application on 3/11 and saw that it's "under review" right now.

    I got an email for the first interview April 14. I want the job but I don't know if it's worth it to go because I'm from North Carolina and I know how incredibly competitive this program is.

    First I got an email that had the wrong date; it said Thursday April 15 instead of Thursday April 14. Then I got the recall, then I got the correctly dated email.

    The questions were pretty basic:

    1) Why do you want to work in ______ unit?

    3) Talk about a time where you've had to deal with a difficult coworker and how you dealt with that.

    4) Questions?

    What were the other ones again?
