Legacy RN Residency Program Spring 2016

Hi all!

I wanted to start a thread for the RN Residency Program that starts in July 2016. I hope everyone lands an interview! I'm a new graduate hoping to get hired in L&D, NICU, or Med/Surg.

Use this thread to keep everyone up to date & good luck!

The questions were pretty basic:

1) Why do you want to work in ______ unit?

3) Talk about a time where you've had to deal with a difficult coworker and how you dealt with that.

4) Questions?

What were the other ones again?

Honestly, I'm not holding my breath for a call. It was great practice for my interviews for Adventist & OHSU though! How's the job search going for everyone else?

I'm good, but when there's less that a 10% chance of me getting a position, I'm going to explore my options.

Anyone know if calls are going out? It's weird how little comments there are on this thread, these usually get a lot.
