Legacy Health Feb 2018 Residency Program

Published

I just wanted to get a post going to keep up with what is going on with the February 2018 residency program at Legacy. I just applied the other day and had a few technical issues with their site. i'm not familiar with their facilities so I ended up just putting any under requested location.

Hi, I also applied! I thought the first round went well, I was out of state so I did a panel interview over the phone. Is anyone else still waiting to hear about a 2nd interview?

Is the Residency qualification of "Less than 1-year experience RN" means after passing the NCLEX RN?

Hey guys, I am applying for February 2019 residencies, and I have my interview with Legacy in November, Adventist just send me a Hireview request, and Providence just asked for my references. Any advice? What areas came to the Legacy interview? It does sound weird, and I am blowing off a capstone day for it to come all the way home from Utah, but it is more important to me.

anyone heard back for second interviews yet for the Feb 2019 cohort? I'm anxious to hear! The first round went very well, but it's never a sure thing.

I feel the same, and I am upset RIO didn't show. I flew in from Utah for just the night! Good luck, report if you hear back!

Hey guys, I applied for the February 2019 cohort at Legacy as well. I did the first round of interviews on the 9th. Have any of you heard back yet about second interviews?

A few students in my cohort got second interviews for med/surg. I'm still waiting on neuroICU, burn unit, and oncology. Was told it could be mid-Jan before being notified.

Okay, I was able to sit down with NeuroICU, burn unit, and the ED in the first round. Yeah such a long time frame that they gave!

@channo92 Hey I am also going to school in Utah and am flying into PDX for Legacy interviews in a month. I was wondering if you could give me some information on how the first in person interviews went and any advice you might have.
