I am currently going to school for my BSN and work in home care. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could answer these interview questions for me! I would ask my case manager but she is also going to school and is a single mom.

The purpose of these types of assignments is for you to meet face to face with someone you can verify holds the role you are looking for. I could sit here and answer them. Am I really a nurse? Am I really in home care in a leadership position?
Additionally, someone granting an interview is doing you a favor. Therefore, you should make it as easy as possible for them. That means they talk while you take notes. This format is essentially handing you something to copy and paste, something that the members here frown upon because it is up to you to do the leg work.
Additionally, that's a lot of personal information you want in the first several questions. No one here is going to willingly give up that much anonymity here.

Curious as to what you mean by this. Especially the single mom part.

This is an anonymous site. No one is going to give you their full name here. And I agree with the previous poster. What on earth does your case manager being a single mom have to do with you having a conversation/interviewing her for this assignment while she is at work?

Sure! This is the quietest weekend I've ever had at Wrongway Regional Medical Center.
I know. I said the Q word. But there's only a couple of more hours to go and I'm in the mood to tempt The Fates!
I'm sorry to hear that.
Game!
Oh. We aren't playing The First Word That Comes to My Mind. Sorry. Davey Do. Is my name.
Missionary
Yes.
See my credentials.
(Oh- that sounded kinda dirty!)
Okay. I'm ready.
1. Tell me a little bit about yourself.
Well, it's an 8 letter pronoun which is used to refer to the person being addressed as the object of the verb or preposition when they are the subject of the clause.
Is this going to take long?
I have to go to the bathroom!
Excuse me!
