LATTC RN Spring 2020 Acceptance

Hi everyone, I made a thread for those students who are to start the LATTC nursing program Spring 2020! Hopefully this will be helpful! I applied Feb 2018 and I’m waiting for an acceptance letter. I was told I am to start Spring 2020. Hopefully I get an acceptance letter this Aug.

Hi! I just bought one burgundy set and one white set in a uniform place in El Monte. It was $25/set for me. It’s pretty decently priced! Look up “Uniform $3.99” on yelp!

No, they have dickeys though haha!! I bought a silky Light polyester scrub. I wear Cherokee at work and that’s a good brand too, but honestly it doesn’t matter. As long as it’s comfortable

Hi there , so it doesn’t have to be Cherokee right ? Just as long as it’s burgundy??

if i read the paper we got correctly it says LATTC requires cherokee brand burgundy and white. Anything else id ask Angel directly as misleading information might be a cause for concern.

No it doesn’t have to be Cherokee brand they just said that’s a good brand for the white scrubs bc they are thicker but you can buy which ever ones you want

Thank you ! I’m going to wear what I have for Friday’s Fire safety class and if I do need to get a different brand I will definitely correct that before the CPR class. Thanks again!

Yeah I remember angel saying that it can be any brand and any style as long as it meets the fit requirements

I believe were not supposed to start anything besides ordering the stethoscope and buying our scrubs until December 1st. Correct me if im wrong.
