LATTC RN Spring 2020 Acceptance

Hi everyone, I made a thread for those students who are to start the LATTC nursing program Spring 2020! Hopefully this will be helpful! I applied Feb 2018 and I’m waiting for an acceptance letter. I was told I am to start Spring 2020. Hopefully I get an acceptance letter this Aug.

Did anybody else go to the info session today? If you did, please answer my question. Those of us who start in january cant apply to any bsn program right now except csun. how is it that csun and fullerton take the same time then? dont we get a bsn thru csun faster?

Hey everyone! I just want to let you guys know that calling them and bugging them won’t help at all!!!!! She will email you guys when your time comes! It took took about 1.5 years for them to respond from when I applied. So just wait :) once they email you, the ball starts rolling almost ASAP!

when i turned in the application to ms. angel she said she would contact me in a year. But after reading about people waiting around 2 years, i think she will take longer than that.....

Yeah when I went for the verification workshop they told me it would be about a year. But then a lot of students are saying they waited 2 years but I also saw a post that there was an influx of students in 2017 and part of 2018 which made the wait longer for them and then it thinned out after that so we’ll see. I plan to visit the office in March since it’d be a year from my application date to see where I’m at on the list. Hopefully some people decline their spots because they’ve gotten in elsewhere which will move us up.
