Hi I made this chat so that those who applied to LA trade tech and are on the waiting list can keep current for fall next year.

I should’ve saved ? but I paid my classes. At least I got some CNA experience

Aww... it’s okay. The classes are cheap and you can always find scholarships. CNA is good too so you’re all set. 
 

Research the WIOA grant, it’s the CA workforce program that gives money to nursing students, you just have to apply and submit proof that you got accepted or you’re in your first semester.

It was “A” who called me. She asked if I was still interested in the program & I said YES YES YES. Then she said OK & to keep a look out for an admission letter within 2-3 weeks.

It’s insane I can’t wait 3 years , I just took the TEAS again and repeating my sciences.  Gonna try for Spring 2021 at all the communities ???‍♀️

I feel ya but the time goes by fast if you’re not thinking about it. It’s  hard to apply to other schools when they don’t allow repeats and  count Ws. Everyone’s time will come.

Congrats to who is starting soon!

Do you guys know if there is a physical going to be done to you guys? Does the physical include drug tests?

I had the same question I wonder if those who get accepted have to get the vaccine or a physical before starting. Any new information from those who got accepted?

And if no to provide information briefly why including personal info. The email says that we have until the 24th at noon to reply. So tomorrow noon. Maybe they’ll accept more after depending on how many people declined? 

I applied October 2018. Hopefully I get a call. So anxious ! Thanks for the update.
