Hello everyone, I am applying to 4 different programs in Fall 2019. Does anyone here in the same boat with me? Lets get to know each other and share your experience. Good luck to all of you.

Did anyone got a call from LACC if you applied there of course about being eligible for the lottery yesterday?

I don't think I got a missed call or any call that I noticed... Did you?

I called today and they said that if you didn’t get a called yesterday then you were not eligible for the lottery. The person with whom I was talking to over the phone was saying words like < I guess > as if she was unsure but I will call tomorrow again to make sure. I didn’t get a call ??? You can call tomorrow and ask too.

OMG... sorry, I misread your message...I did not apply to LACC, I applied to Pierce & Valley College and assumed you meant a call from LACCD- meaning the district not LACC specifically... LOL oops!!

So ya, I was worried for a moment there that I wasn't eligible--- but sending positive vibes your way!! Good Luck!

I got a phone call from LACC but I couldn’t answer because I was working all day yesterday. The call went to voicemail but no message was left ?. Called back today and I left a message. Does that mess I’m disqualified from entering the lottery?

When you mean yesterday. Did you mean on Monday or Tuesday?? And I didn’t think so just try to get a hold of them today and see what they are going to say.

LACC called Monday and I returned the call Tuesday.

Ooh wow! You should be fine call right now and see. I don’t receive a call ??? this is sad already and I calculated my points and made the cut off score except if I did it wrong :(

Hey everyone, I called LACC today and the person said they are still looking through everyone's applications. The person I talked was also able to look if I qualify for the lottery and she said that my application hasn't been reviewed yet because the counselor that checks the nursing prerequisites/transcripts hasn't looked at it yet so they said they will ask him if he could take a lot at my application tomorrow morning. She said that I should expect a call from them tomorrow if I am eligible for the lottery. So I wouldn't worry if you haven't gotten a call from LACC yet because they're probably still going through your application.

I also email them and they told me that’s I am good for lottery! Amen!!!! You see I knew I was not crazy ? Now We just have to pray and pray!!! And they also said this:::: “We will be making phone calls letting applicants know if they have been selected to take part in our program, or if they have been selected as an alternate the 1st and 2nd weeks of May”
