Langara Spring 2022

Published

hey! has anyone else applied for the Spring 2022 intake at Langara? What GPA are you guys applying with?

Thanks for the support, puff pastry! ☺️ Which semester are you hoping for? Or are you in the fall semester?

Of course ? I applied to the fall semester and also got waitlisted, so I'm going to apply for the Spring. I just can't believe how much covid has affected the fall intake so that anything below a 3.73 got waitlisted it's crazy!

Hi everyone!

I have been reading this thread and finally made an account to interact! I just finished up the semester and have applied for the Spring intake. I am worried that my GPA is not high enough after seeing how competitive the Fall intake was... I have a 3.68 and retook one course.

I also read that the admins will not give degree holders priority anymore, can anyone confirm if this is true or not? I do not have a degree but it may alleviate stress about the intake LOL.

Puffpastry - I KNOW.  Fall's intake was brutal for us 3.6ers and below!

Has anyone ever gotten accepted with a 3.53 GPA

Hey guys!

I just finished this semester and got my grades finalized. I'm applying for the Spring intake with a 4.06 (though I have no previous degree) ?

Hey girl, I'm super nervous as well, the waiting game is going to be tough! Hopefully we get in! If you don't mind me asking, what GPA are u applying with?

Hey J,

I am even nervous typing it in case my grades changes or I am dreaming LOL. I have 4 GPA I am still not sure as it is what the advisor told me. I have 2A's, 2A+ and 1 A-.

Wow, that's really good !! Based on the previous threads, I've noticed lots of people with a 3.7 - 3.8 getting accepted so I think you should be fine! So far I have 2 A+'s, 2 A-, and I'm still waiting on my STAT mark which is so nerve wracking ?

You'll do just fine, STAT was a bad *** for me (-A), I was even hoping for a B at first. The last exam saved me ? as it was just MC. definitely.  Do you know how long is the processing time? I hope not 8 weeks plus ?
