Possibly moving to the area in a few months as a New Grad RN. Does anyone know the environment/pay/general info about the Havasu Regional Medical Center? Ive been in contact with the recruiter but have been reading some pretty horrible things about the hospital online.

I didn't end up going- took a local new grad job. I had read some mixed reviews and decided to stick with the place I knew for a few years :)

I actually start there in July, but already moved over from NM right after graduation earlier this month. Everyone I've met is really friendly, the ER is being redone completely, and the nurses I've spoken with say they're workload is heavy during snowbird season, but not any heavier than I saw elsewhere in clinicals or my preceptorship. They have a new heart center, and are trying to make some good changes. Feel free to PM me.
