I thought I'd start this topic for pre- nursing students who applied to LA Harbor College Nursing program. Has anyone gotten any email from them? Is this anyone's second time applying? What do you to be true about their selection procedure? Lets share our nursing experience be it good or bad.

I am applying to LAHC. This is my second time. Last time I was not invited to take the teas but not enough people responded to the invite so they sent out a second teas invatation and I was selected. I passed the TEAS and about a week later I found out I was NOT accepted. Better luck to everyone this time around :)

Thanks for sharing Fmiller11. This is my first time applying and I pray that I get a chance. I pray there's room for us. They use a lottery. Right? Your name didn't come up out the second lottery. Right? Did you apply to anther schools?

I know I hope everything works out and we all get in! Yes they use a lottery. And yes my name didn't come up on the 2nd lottery! I applied to other schools but also had no luck :/ hopefully this time! Fingers crossed!!!
