Second time applicant to LAHC ADN program. Anyone else turning in applications tomorrow?

@emt2rn7 Two year wait? that is crazy.. i could not picture myself waiting that long .. and then be in the program for another two years!! ... yikes!!

Hello, guys I have a dilemma I was accepted into LACC and LACCONAH (I applied to LAHC as well) I'm not sure what school to go with. What do you guys recommend?

Honestly, both are great schools. I’ve heard it’s extremely hard to get into the county program and that they transition you into a job afterward. You’re fortunate enough to have been accepted to two other schools. Why wait forever to hear back from LAHC?

i have heard that LACC is a very great school as well as LAHC... that is a tough one.... I would pick whichever is closest to me and just look over their passing rates and stuff like that...

I've heard LACCONAH has a very tough program although I'm not scared of a challenge there's always a part of me that is scared to fail. I actually live about 7 minutes away from LACCONAH so I'm siding more with this school right now.

Nursing school is going to be difficult regardless of where you go. My friends at LAHC have class/clinicals at 0630. Factor in your drive to wherever school you choose and figure out how much time you’ll actually have left to study after class and still get some sleep. As someone who commutes, I can tell you that it’s exhausting to spend so much time in traffic only to have to study when you get home. At the end of the day, go with what your heart says. Believe in yourself and work hard. You got this!

I didn’t see my teas invite email until today and saw that the deadline to respond to the teas invite has already passed and I can’t click the link. Does anyone know if The link has anything to do with saying you still want to be considered? or is it just for the teas?

It’s for both. To either register for the teas or send teas because you took them already and to accept invitation and that you want to proceed in the application

Does anyone know if you have previously submitted teas for last application period do we need to resend them again? I keep calling but no one picks up.
