Hi. I am very interested in the accelerated ASN program at Our Lady of the Lake in Baton Rouge. Can anyone give me any information on this program? I've seen the information that is available online. However, I am looking for information from experienced insiders such as: getting accepted, true level of difficulty, etc. This will be a major career change for me, and I do not want to make a bad decision. I have a 3.6 gpa from SLU w/ AA in OSH and BA in Gen Studies. I consider myself a capable, hard working student but all I have heard is HORROR stories.
Thanks!
Hi everyone. I received my acceptance letter for the BR accelerated ASN program today! I called the college yesterday and was told that the letters for the BR program were mailed yesterday so hopefully you guys should receive them by tomorrow or Thursday at the latest. Best of luck to everyone!!
Has anyone else been accepted to the BR school?
Congrats on your acceptance! Did you have all of your prerequisites completed already? I'm just trying to see how many completed them and how many still in progress. I applied for tulane and east Jeff, thought that tulane would have sent out letters first because it starts first.
Fumanchuesday we are in the same boat, I'm going to have to try and work while attending because I really don't want to take out a loan, I guess we will continue to keep pausing our lives until we get our letter, at least someone on here got in! Prayerfully more to follow!:smackingf

I'm in Lafayette. I normally get things the day after they are sent from BR. Of course this time it will take longer. If it doesn't come tomorrow I'm gonna start to wonder if they only sent letters to those accepted.
