Lacc nursing fall 2017

Hello, i applied lacc nursing for fall 2017 and i made a thread to share any information. Anyone heard anything from them ?

I don't mean to be mean.... I just care about you guys.. but good luck. It's your decision... Just wanted to warn you. I'm.outta here and won't reply anymore. I'm not trying to get into an argument.. my only piece of advice: do not go to lacc even if you were rejected everywhere. good luck with everything.

I assume because of my place in line. I am still going to try, but this is so discouraging.

You may want to verify if you're actually the 45th alternate. In an older LACC thread, they were saying that the alternate list started at number #41 instead of #1. 40 students were initially accepted, so the first alternate was #41.

Of course because I am still excitedddd to go. I understand not everyone willl have the same experience.

I sent the nursing counselor an email about that and he hasn't responded lol. I also called to ask and the person on the phone told me that it means 40 people are ahead of me. The letter they sent it said I am alternate "41". I guess four people already declined. I did see that old thread and my hopes were high haha. I hope I get in. I still have a glimmer of hope.

I havent received any call or letter from lacc. I guess i need to call them to figure out. So stressed out

Don't stress , call them Tuesday. I called them and told them omg o haven't received anything in mail.theyvsaid they still mailing things

I finally got a letter from lacc saying that im an alternate #42. I have to attend orientation and fire safety class even if im an alternate.

Then that settles the question! After 40 accepted students, the wait-list starts at #41!!! It wouldn't be logical for them to ask for you to come to orientation and waste money in the classes if you don't have high chances of getting in!! :)

Oh and i says that it is recommended to come to orientation... i thought it said i mist attend TT
