Lacc nursing fall 2017

Hello, i applied lacc nursing for fall 2017 and i made a thread to share any information. Anyone heard anything from them ?

I spoke with someone a couple of days ago and she told me that we should be receiving a letter by the end of the week re: what to do next if you're an alternate. But I know the deadline, for the ones who got accepted, is 6/15/17 for them to decide whether or not they will accept. I just hope they decide sooner rather than later so that the alternates will know if they're in or not. Good luck to everyone.

Did they call and let you know what your alternate number is? I know.... if students were already accepted into another program they wanted they should give us alternates a chance :|

Glad to know that the deadline is 6/15 because I still haven't received a letter even though I've been accepted. So unfortunately the alternates won't know yet because we haven't even gotten acceptance letters.

I had to call to see what was going on. One lady I spoke to actually went and got my file and checked my status. Not happy where I stand but still not losing hope. The good thing is that they will keep our file for Spring, all we need to do is submit a new application.

I was calling at least twice a week. It's really hard to get a hold of anyone there. The good thing is that you are in. Congratulations :)

I received my letter from lacc today :) . I was checking mail daily. Already getting nervous abt the whole process.

I received the letter from LACC today as well. It states that I must confirm and hold my space by Thursday, June 15th. It also says that I will have a medical packet sent to me once I confirm my spot.

I was beginning to feel anxious about the wait and not knowing when we would start the semester. The first day of class is August 28th. :)

Did they say how to confirm the spot? Email, phone call, post card, etc? When they called me to tell me I was accepted they told me I wouldn't enroll in classes until the first day of class. I thought that was a little strange.

U have to call them by 15th. Orientation is 16/17 aug and they will enroll u as a group.

Thanks, I'll call them on Tuesday and I'm out of town until Wed. I'm seeing my doctor next week so I'll need my medical packet right away.

Lacc is a really bad school...wouldnt wish it on my worst enemy. don't say I didn't warn you. Good luck though. You will need it.
