Hello everyone, I am creating this post because I did not find a lot of information on the web regarding this topic. I recently passed the LA County exam for the RN I/RELIEF NURSE position, according to an email that was sent to me with my final score. However I am not sure about what to do to proceed with the possible hiring /interview process. I know that nursing managers are said to call based on whatever Band a person is placed on. With that in mind, does anyone know how long it usually takes for a hiring manager to call(for example if you're placed on BAND I)? Has anyone had experience with this? (I am looking forward to working for LAC+USC) ,Or if anyone can share any suggestions or things I should know I would appreciate it, thank you all.
@Dcast5, honestly I did not do any of the practice questions, they key here is to pass the personality test portion, just think of leadership and independent thinker. try to have all of your answers as consistent as possible on the personality questions, other than that the deductive reasoning requires some mathematical thinking in my opinion.

I've interviewed with 2 different county hospitals this week: one on Monday, and one on Thursday. From browsing past forums, it sounds like people received job offers within 2-3 business days. If I don't hear from them within that time frame, should I assume I didn't get the position?
Thank you all!
No, don't assume that. County takes their time. I interviewed in July of one year, they didn't offer me the position until November of that same year and I started employment January of the next year.
Just keep checking your voicemails and emails. They will get to you.

@Badkugo Any tips on the exam? Are the materials they provide for you to practice enough to do well on the exam? Thanks in advance!
