Kwantlen Psychiatric Nursing 2016

Hi everyone, I decided to make a thread for everyone who has applied for the 2016 intake for the psych nursing program at Kwantlen. Just wondering what GPA have you applied with? and when will they start letting people know if they have been accepted or not?

I also received notice that I was "offered" a seat last week! I will be joining the May 2016 class! :) I am very excited to start this program and make awesome new friends and memories!

So I paid my deposit yesterday!!! My status still just says offered tho. And I am kind of freaking out because I only faxed my record check in last week and am worried what will happen if kwantlen doesn't receive it by monday. The lady said it "should be fine" but that doesn't really make me feel any better lol

***** head of register she can help you with that. I emailed her about if my condition are meet and everything is good, she takes a couple of days till she gets back to u!!! Good luck

Hey Mshan! I called **** on Monday and she said that I don't have to worry and my seat is secure :) Exciting stuff!!

I have no idea! I assume we will be sent some kind of email informing us of how it works. Hopefully anyways lol

Ya it is coming up fast eh. I just checked the registration date part on mykwantlen and it says I haven't been assigned a date yet. My friend who just finished this program said she remembers registering about 1-2 months before the program started so I'm sure we will hear something soon :)

On the kwantlen website it says the summer 2016 academic timetable will go live Feb 22nd, so hopefully that will give us registration dates or at least some info :)

OoooOooo yeah!! How do you check for registration date ? I'm such a newbie! You not going to Douglas no more?
