Hi,
I am new to this site and I found it very informative. This would be my first post. I would just like to know if anybody on this board wrote the Kuwait MOH exam last March 18 in PICC? I believe there were 3 agencies who facilitated the exam and interview. In my case I passed the exam and was interviewed by the Kuwait MOH delegates last March 24 at Diamond Hotel- Manila. The agency called me up informing me that I passed the interview and wait for further instructions for the next step. I would just like to hear how many of us are awaiting for possible deployment to Kuwait and any update as to your case will be greatly appreciated. Many Thanks.
@graceys - i am a former employee of al-essa company, now im working here as an MOH nurse. if you have not been reading any articles about this company, please start now.i used to work in a private hospital here in kuwait and resigned after my 2-yr contract from al-essa. we were around 50applicants in 2008 who made it and now only 2 are planning to stay in our previous hospital.
be wary, read. do you know why it takes a long time for al essa to send their applicants? it is because they have pending lawsuits from Philippine emBassy kuwait. a lot of applicants complained about this company which lead them to change their general manager(previous was nasser mugharib or something like that). please browse, search and read the internet before applying in al essa company. good day
thankyousomuch you'dbeen a great help..but ialready submitted all my red ribbons to best one agency so im very much hopeful that they will deploy us.howmany months that uve waited way back 2008 before they deployed u?im very much concern that we must be deployed before march 13....after 2 yrs contract can we apply directly there for MOHgovernment??thankyou so much..hope to hear from u again
hi, i also applied for al essa, i passed the exam and the interview last september 2011, I already signed my job offer last feb. 2012, how many months should I wait for my visa to arrive?
to those who are currently working in kuwait under the al essa company, is the company treating it's employees fairly now?
how about their perfomance? are the benefits given fairly?
Hi everyone I've been reading post from page 1 up until the last. I found this very informative as what others told with their post, truly it is. Its my first time to post my own opinion about Kuwait MOH. Most of you here are from Manila Based Agency right? I'm from North Cotabato and C.A.A. Manpower Corp was my agency based in Davao City. Me and 2 of my close friends went to the agency and apply as a staff nurse in Kuwait, It was Sept of last year when we were offered employment and was asked to submit the necessary docs. We were endorsed for a Pre-med at medisense Lab(which is currently facing a crisis with DOH) we paid 1,500php for that said premedical.(CXR, VDRL,HIV test,Hep B test only) after which we waited for updates and MOH exams was always cancelled and we dont know the reason. January 8, 2012 accdg to our agency was the final sched for our exam, and yes we did our exam followed by Interview by MOH delegates from Kuwait. After passing the Interview one of the Hospital named Al Salam International Hospital in Kuwait had their representative(Chief Nurse) and conduct their screening interview for like 300 nurses who passed the exam. 33 (29 females, 4 males) of us passed the interview and were offered a provisional offer, they let us sign the offer and welcomed us to their Hospital. Until today apr2,2012 were still waiting for our visa to arrive and yes its truly a long wait for a KuWAIT.

no. it is because from the 900 Indian and 300 Filipino applicants, there are still nurses in kuwait who did not finish their papers(including me). and also, i heard that the personels in kuwait prefer to hire indians because the placement fee that they give to their agency reaches to as much as 5-8k kuwait dinar and part of it is given to the nursing personnels here in kuwait.
