Maybe you can explain, I just took my CNA state test and the questions were different, fo a lack of a better word. It seems like there should have other more important questions to ask. In so many areas it was too simple and those tend to have more than one right answer. I studied the areas that we were tested on during the class (which was the fast tract) and now I'm worried.

Any thoughts??????? Dasa :idea:

Exams at CNA level are basic beginner level. Questions are simply phrased that can be applied to greatest number of test takers...especially for those with limited English proficiency.

Since there is a high turnover of CNA's need to be able to test for as many applicants as possible today.

Hi. I was hoping you would be able to advise me :) I have a revoked LPN license in Ohio and am wanting to obtain my LPN license in Kentucky. I know that sounds ridiculous but there are circumstances that, I think, deserve to be considered. I failed a urine screen for a scant amount of marijuana and was reported to the Ohio BON. As a result, I entered into a "consent agreement". Due to family and personal health issues, I was unable to complete the "agreement". I was unable to work for some time and because of that, the agreement was on "hold".... ultimately, the BON determined that permanent revokation was necessary. I contacted the BON and Franklin County courts. Both basically told me that, due to statue of limitations, nothing could be done. I was never charged or convicted of anything. I only failed the one urine screen. I simply wasn't able to work enough to meet the agreement requirements due to personal and family issues. I am not saying that I'm blameless by any means, just that the discipline seems extremely harsh.

I thought maybe you would have some advice for me? suggestions? anything? anything would be appreciated!
