Haha thank you, but I already looked into that! I just know that CHEM 1211 and 1212 are considered a higher level than 1151 and 1152. Same with the MATH courses. Just wanted to know if they would count or if I would have to go back and take them!

Yes they will. I took higher level courses at UGA, and they counted those classes as prereqs. :)

@BrittanyNycole From what u know about past forums like ours, it was early to mid-March. Heard they send out invitations for interviews and then give you decisions from there.

I just took the teas today, and they said that letters will be mailed some time around April.

I plan on applying for the Fall program! I actually just took my TEAS today and made an 85.3. I have taken all my prerequisites, except chem 1152, which I am currently taking. My overall gpa is a 4.0. Here's hoping I get accepted because KSU is the only program I am applying to right now...

Hi everyone!

I just applied today for ABSN. Took my teas yesterday and got a 90.7. I have a Computer Science BS from UGA with a 3.34 :/ I've taken classes on and off over the past few years at KSU (over summer, dual enrollment) and I'm currently finishing my prereqs at KSU, so my GPA at KSU is a 3.63. Not sure which they'll look at. I'm really just trying not to think too much about getting in at the moment since we won't know until April!

Those are great TEAS scores and GPA's! I have the same worry, though. With a BA in marketing from KSU, I hope they don't consider my GPA from that degree as it's not that great. Good luck to everyone! Only a couple more months of waiting!!!

Hello future nurses! I am applying for fall 2015 and will be taking the teas tomorrow.

My 7 out of 12 : 3.84

My 5 math/science GPA: 3.79

@Nessie_logan I think it's too late usually it is 30 days that you have to wait between tests :/ at least that what the policy was when I took it they told me that. I would double check with someone

Hey ya'll! So I just retook the TEAS this past Friday at ksu and got a 83. Graduated from UGA with a psychology degree and 3.3 GPA and applying for accelerated program. Would love to hear some feedback on chances. Taking a gap year off and working and am looking forward to being back in school. Thanks everyone!

Through reading other forums on here, I've learned that KSU accepts people with varying TEAS scores and GPAs. It's all dependent on what they have to choose from, I guess. I think if one of the two numbers is pretty high, then you have a good shot. Good luck! Hope this helps!
