Kennesaw State Fall 2013 Applicants

Just wondering if anyone out there is planning to apply to Kennesaw State for the Fall of 2013. I know the deadline is 3 months away, but I wanted to get a thread started for anyone interested in discussing the process as we go along!

Anyone register for Dr. D. B. for health assessment?

Paula do you happen to know how many interviews they gave for the accelerated program? I believe they accepted 30.

I do not know how many people were interviewed, but I know for sure that they take 30 for the Fall (and I believe for the Spring as well).

Have you applied anywhere else?

My understanding was 100 total, 80 for traditional and 20 for accelerated. Not sure though.

30 would make sense though- I remember being told web speaking with F last fall that 110 would be accepted total.

You may be right, I've only ever discussed accelerated with the advisers and they have always told me 30. But I have no idea if they changed it... I hope not! That makes the odds even harder.

I didn't apply anywhere else because I realllly want to go to KSU and since I am alumni of KSU I thought I had everything in my favor! Oh well; I'm proud of myself for making it to the interview phase and I'm happy for all of you that got in! Paula I hope there is good news to come

We had 40 this spring start. 60 interviewed and 40 accepted. Makes the odds a little more favorable ;-)

I'll turn in the contract and follow up from there...

I believe the soonest I can register is during orientation...I'll re-verify when I turn in the contract..Glad to know classes assured per feared might close out...

The suspense is awful!! Hang in there tho..I hope you do get it.

Incidentally, most people have made several attempts, so take heart from that if it doesnt work out this time around...
