Hello everyone! I am currently trying to apply to KCC Fall 2018 LPN program. This is my second time applying for the program and wanted to see how competitive the program will be this year. If you are planing on applying as well, please post your stats below. Thank you for your participation! :)

Hey guys, is anyone else waiting for an email to be sent? I'm pretty sure I didn't get in being that I didn't meet the 135 nurse aide requirement. I'm taking a pct course for the extra hours I need to meet, and also applying to NA jobs. Congrats to those who got in! and for those who didn't...don't give up and good luck on next application :)

Hey Marie please lmk if they also emailed you confirming your NA work experience. I got my letter in saying I wasn't accepted but needed to confirm my NA experience and turn in a letter to the nursing department by June 15.

Update: I called the nursing program regarding my letter and they said It's still possible for me to get accepted into the program. Fingers crossed :D

Im currently working at kalakaua gardens as a NA within avalon healthcare. Its a icf/snf facility. They are hiring if you want to join! I got hired as full time and they work around your schedule. They're super nice! They asked me if i know anyone who wants to join...let them know to apply :)

Go to avalon healthcare and search for honolulu jobs, theres opening for nurse/care aide for the avalon care center or kalakaua gardens.and send resume :) i got called the next day after applying and got the job on the spot. Hr department was really nice and the residents a the facility are so sweet. Goodluck! :)
