Hello all!! I'm reaching out here for some type of input on my Kaplan scores. I have scheduled to take my NCLEX at the end of this month and any input from those who have previously taken the test are welcomed!!
Diagnostic- 69%
QT 1- 63
QT 2- 73
QT 3- 56
QT 4- 63
QT 5- 62
QT 6- 67
QT 7- 65
QBank average (100% completed)- 61%
Readiness- 64
I also purchased NCLEX Mastery, I completed 100% and my average is 76%
I also have Lippincott's Alt Format book I'm in the process of going through.
SATA is still my weakest testing area and I hope the Lippincott book will strengthen that area for me.
Thanks!
P.S. I know there is some Kaplan haters out there, please do not comment. I really don't need to hear your comments saying I wasted my time etc. Thanks again

Your scores are good! My qbank scores are going down and my anxiety sky high so I moved my test back 1 week and ordered PDA by LaCharity as I get a lot of those wrong!
I'm doing more ATI now too as I had to do it through my school anyway! I'm watching youtube/Kaplan videos and found cool stuff on Pintrest. I'm visual learner so those seem to be better for me.

Wow, your scores are very similar to mine! I scored in the 60s for all my question trainers and averaged about the same as you for the QBANK. My average is skewed because I redid some of the ones I got wrong so it's higher now than it was when I competed all the questions. There is an alternate item format in Kaplan that allows you to practice SATAs, I believe they have 30 questions! By test day, I did feel like I knew enough but not everything. I felt confident and nervous at the same time! Sure enough, I passed!

I think those scores look great! I had slightly lower scores and I was able to pass in 75 Qs. I really feel that Kaplan helped. I would try not to stress about SATA. Those were definitely my weak point and I was sooo stressed about them. I did practice tests w/ SATA and did horrible. I ended up getting over 20 SATA on the NCLEX and STILL passed in 75Qs. I would just practice Kaplan questions. I think that would help more than focusing and stressing on this type of question - especially since your scores are good.
Graduatenurse14, I noticed that my scores started to go down, too. I got nervous but rather than pushing it back I took it sooner. lol I just remembered my friend telling me to not OVER study because then I might start second-guessing myself and my answers.
Good luck to you both! :)
