If you're performing in the 40's in these exams, I would consider rescheduling your exam and remediating more on the content.
Get out your Saunders or Mosby's or whatever review book you have and start reading the content on the questions you are getting wrong. Practice answering at least 75 questions a day for 7 days/week for 3 weeks. Remediate all the questions you get wrong but again, going to your review book. Keep doing that. I do not recommend taking your Kaplan tests or qbanks over because then you are just memorizing the answers. Just keep answering more questions also write down on a list the material you keep on getting wrong and check to see if there is a pattern with the kind of material you are getting wrong consistently. If there is material you keep getting wrong, you need to remediate that with other material as well as review book because you are not understanding the content.

Hi! You left a private message for me, but I was unable to private message you back since my account is new, so I found your thread. Anyway, since the first 3 question trainers are more content based, it seems as if you're pretty good in content, but it doesn't hurt to get a NCLEX review book to review the content when you remediate your questions (if you want). The rest of the question trainers are meant to get harder because they're questions that are more passing level with application and analysis type questions. Do you apply Kaplan's strategies when you answer the questions? I realized if I didn't know the topic exactly, using the strategy helped a lot. Look in your kaplan resources for videos going over the decision tree and there's a document somewhere as well outlining how to answer priority/delegation questions. good luck!
