Hi all! I will be graduating in December and I am looking into study tools for the NCLEX. Through my school, we are taking an online review course through NCSBN, but I heard that it's crap and that most people end up taking the Kaplan course. I checked out Kaplan's website and there is an online course option and a classroom option. I was just wondering if anyone had any input into pros/cons for the two - what's the difference between the two (besides the obvious face-to-face vs online)? Thanks in advance!

I took Kaplan classroom session ans also had access to online videos for the content and questions ( including the questions they go over in the class). From my personal experience, the difference between the online and classroom is that sometimes, the clssroom teacher explains the materail more in detail.
I would highly recommend Kaplan. Even though the questions are harder than the real Nclex, Kaplan really prepaperd me.

If you are diligent enough to study on your own the online alone is worth it because the lectures in class are pretty much identical to what you will find online. The only reason I would recommend the in class version is if you need that extra kick in the bum to keep motivating yourself to study.
Thanks to you both! I'm still up in the air on which way to go. I'm taking a free practice NCLEX at a Kaplan center next month and I heard that they give you $100 a class for taking it, so maybe that will help my decision.
