Kapiolani Community College (KCC) ADN Program

Published

Hi all! I applied to the ADN program for Fall 2024 for the KCC ADN Program. I got waitlisted as an alternate and I am wondering how the process goes. How long before you hear back? Should I move on to other programs? About how many alternates do they normally take?  If anyone has experience as an alternate in the past or is also an alternate for this coming semester, your input would be greatly appreciated.

Someone I know said she got accepted.  I'm sure she received her letter today.  I would say to look and expect it this week.

Hi, would you happen to know how her stats look like? Like her grades and TEAS score?

I actually do!  We met on Reddit but we did chitchat about our scores and grade.  No health experience, 98 TEAS, 4.0 GPA.

Wow! Congrats to her! Did you apply as well?

I did not apply for fall bc I needed to retake my TEAS which was passed the deadline.  I'll be applying for Spring and possibly will retake my TEAS.  I got waaaay higher than my first score 😆I currently have an 80 TEAS, 4.0 GPA, no health experience.
