Hi everyone, I wanted to make this for everyone applying for the Kaiser Socal New Grad Program starting in March 2024

It is done on a different day. The health screening appt is just for N95 mask fitting, vision check, immunization/titer check and blood pressure check. It is a physical to see if you can meet the requirements for the position.

for those who've sent headshots for the badge, it says in the email to include your information along with the Department, however in the offer letter the department is mentioned as Nursing Administration - 0801, what should I write in the email?

Really? I didn't get that. I am guessing my badge photo will be taken during orientation. This is when they have done all of my other badge photos. I've never sent in a picture.

Does anyone know when Kaiser will be having another new grad program start?

Did anyone who accepted the offers get any further instructions after completing the health exam? I was told the next appointment will be taking badge photo but I haven't heard back since.

I got my badge I wanna say 2 weeks ago? They sent me an email and I sent them a headshot and went and picked it up 2 days later

Thank you for your reply. Wow! That's pretty quick, and you already got the badge. How long was it after your final health exam? I was told to wait for an email and it's been too long LOL I might email them soon to see where I'm at.

It was very quick for me. Pretty much 2 days after the exam or something. I'd reach out to them and ask. Lmk if you need more info you can dm me

Hello! For those who received offers for the Spring cohort, is the wage competitive with Cedars and UCLA? Trying to figure out pay transparency before moving forward with other applications and considering Kaiser :). Thanks!
