I wanted to create a new thread for Kaiser NorCal Nurse Residency Spring March 2025 application cycle. Anyone know if there is any EKG and ACLS online class for RN?

Virtual! From the Kaiser website, "Top candidates will be invited to a virtual group interview where they will be required to answer a combination of behavioral, situational, and clinical competency questions."

Hi guys, just wondering for those who filled out the candidate survey, how many questions were there? did you feel rushed filling it out in 30 minute time limit? were there personal based questions in there or was it more about objective qualifications we have?

It took me 10 minutes. It's literally all multiple choice questions objective based and you just answer accordingly

No there's no rushed feeling at all. I can't remember how many questions but it was different than a couple others I've done before.  It wasn't asking your opinion of a scenario or how you've handled difficult scenarios. It was really just about what hospitals you prefer and will you adhere to the guidelines of the program.

Is this before or after interviews? I received confirmation that my application was received but I haven't gotten anything from them otherwise.

The career snapshot was sent on November 8th, before interviews! You might want to check your spam . It's due today
