Hello All, 

I wanted to create a new thread for Kaiser NorCal Nurse Residency Spring March 2025 application cycle. Anyone know if there is any EKG and ACLS online class for RN?

Does anybody know anything about the interview process or types of questions they ask in the interview? Is it a panel interview? Will they give any clinical scenarios or case studies to answer?

We did presentation, it was a virtual interview, and depends on who interviewed you they may or may not asked you any questions. But for my panel they asked me two clinical clinical scenarios.

Hello. Thank you for the reply. They are not doing presentations this time. Which I guess is good, but I wonder if they will ask more clinical questions instead. 😕 Can you elaborate on the clinical questions at all? like what did they ask? this would be my first RN interview and I have no idea what to expect. it's a little scary 😮 smh

For those who are graduating this fall. What did yall put for the question asking if you have graduated? Not sure if I should put no because what if they end up rejecting me !!

hey guys do you still see the nurse residency posting? I thought we had until today to submit?

No I don't see it. Looks like they took it down. I had that happen to me with Sutter where they took down a posting in the middle of the day. I think if employers give a deadline date they should wait until the end of the day.

I was able to access mine, which is almost done. Did you start it yet?

Oh good you were still able to access yours. Same exact thing happened to me with Sutter. They took it down while I was completing it and it allowed me to continue entering info but then would not allow me to save at the end. So I ended up with an incomplete application. Hopefully that will not be the case here.

Kaiser is weird because it's EST time it opened the night before they said so I figured they would close it earlier than what they said
